[Investigating] ISSUE: Some users are experiencing password pop up messages while attempting to connect to Outlook via the mail application. CUSTOMER IMPACT: Customers may not be able to connect to their emails via the mail application. WORKAROUND: Customer's can use the Outlook Web Access (mail.dotnetwork2.co.za/owa) to access their emails.

Description

REASON FOR CHANGE Global Micro will be running CU15 on the Exchange 2019 servers in the environment restarts will be required. CUSTOMER IMPACT Medium IMPACT DESCRIPTION Hosted Exchange has redundancy to ensure users are not affected. The users mailbox services will be running on the active nodes while the team completes maintenance on the passive nodes.
